5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling terms may vary depending on the specific workshop, coaching package, program, or service.

When applicable, those details will be shared on the sales page, checkout page, proposal, agreement, or confirmation email.

If no specific refund policy is stated, purchases are considered final unless otherwise required by law. Rescheduling is only available prior to 48 hours with written approval from Joy.

If you participate in a coaching session, workshop, class, or group experience, you agree to show up respectfully.

You also understand that group settings may include other participants. Please be thoughtful about what you choose to share.

I ask participants to respect one another’s privacy, but I cannot guarantee that another participant will keep information confidential.

I care deeply about the quality of my work, but I cannot guarantee any specific outcome from reading my content, attending a workshop, joining a program, or working with me. Your results depend on many factors, including your participation, practice, personal circumstances, and how you apply the material.
